Whitney Iles – Founder

I am a passionate social entrepreneur and community activist with over nine years experience working with communities and young people. It is very important to me that young women get the support and voice they deserve within society, something I feel has been very overlooked in the past. Women are the backbone to any community and the first teachers of the children, so we need to educate and empower our young women in order to create a ripple effect that will benefit generations to come.

Charlene Frost – Founder

I have an unmatched optimism for positive change. With over ten years of voluntary experience in youth work, I have noticed massive gaps in the youth sector. These gaps spread over a number of areas including; the gaps between young men and women, the lack of help and information for young people relating to women’s health & sexuality. I have also seen gaps between youth workers and the youths themselves. As a voluntary youth worker, I always pride myself on ensuring the youths know I am there to support and guide them. My aim is not to tell young people what to do or how to live. My aim is to empower young people with self love and self belief so that they can make the right choices for themselves.
